Event 2.1: Second Migration Criteria Demo

Event 2 was modified to include the migration criteria available on June 3. This event here requests completion of the expanded criteria set which was curtailed under #12 and a demo thereof.

Keep in mind the target date on this is June 16. Realistically, we're probably already missing that date. #134 needs to see activity s.t. tasks can be better split out. Please comment there.

Regarding the governance flow, I'm not aware of any formal or informal specification. Our current source of truth is the PR movementlabsxyz/movement#1214. My suggestion is to mirror these unit tests into #144, but via an external Rest client.

As I have said elsewhere, the reasoning for doing this mirroring needs to be written out here. It should be discussed in #134 and then clearly documented.
