`movement-aptos` version used doesn't compile by itself

Summary

The movement-aptos version we are currently using doesn't compile on its own movementlabsxyz/aptos-core#155; it works with the Cargo.lock from this directory. This should be fixed otherwise we would forever be comparing against a different version when running the node compare to what we are working with in native types.

Add this to #112, since we will want this stabilized for the Environment concept therein.
