Upgrade to DA Sequencer version of movement #161
Description
Summary
movement-core should use the DA sequencer version of movement as this has reached mainnet. This would also most likely resolve #160.
Note
I am only marking this as priority:high as opposed to priority:urgent because the DA sequencer upgrade does not ostensibly affect portions of the ledger which we are trying to validate semantically pre- and post-migration.
