Integration tests for servers

Currently routers for the HTTP and gRPC servers are tested directly. An integration test along the lines of https://github.com/mozilla-ai/encoderfile/blob/main/encoderfile-core/tests/test_mcp.rs would be good to check end-to-end scenarios.
