Use HTTPS by default

As a browser that focuses on privacy, I think it should use HTTPS by default, and fallback to HTTP only when HTTPS is not available, or maybe never. Plain HTTP = no privacy.

That's not secure. You don't know if HTTPS is not available or blocked/stripped by third party. Also some site have only partial HTTPS support. I would still prefer #155.

@J0WI If I had found #155 before, I wouldn't have created this case. I think it may be still difficult to use only HTTPS though.

Of note: Android is considering implementing this as well, we should track their progress and replicate this on iOS as necessary.
