https://github.com/mozilla-sensorweb/sensorthings/commit/dae9c1193e1742b9f209a3417c4ee1cfc37d2e72 introduced the `clientId` and `userId` columns in all the models. We need to write the migration code as described [here](http://docs.sequelizejs.com/en/latest/docs/migrations/)
