Non authorized instruction #191

Hello,
i'm trying to run the python script for mic vad streaming situated in mic_vad_streaming foled doing : python mic_vad_streaming.py --model ~/Téléchargements/deepspeech-0.9.3-models.pbmm --scorer ~/Téléchargements/deepspeech-0.9.3-models.scorer
After downloading the model and scorer from the git repo i got a non authorized instruction error [Instruction non permise (core dumped)]
What does this error refers to ?
