No available TTS release supports Python 3.12

$ pip install TTS
ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: ...
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement TTS (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for TTS
$ python --version
Python 3.12.3

It seems that all existing releases of TTS have an upper bound <3.12 in their Requires-Python metadata, so installation fails on Python 3.12.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Python 3.12.3
2. Run pip install TTS
3. Observe that no compatible distribution is found

Expected behavior:

• pip install TTS should work with Python 3.12, or the documentation should explicitly state that Python 3.12 is not yet supported.

Possible solutions:

• Release a new version of TTS with updated python_requires in setup.py / pyproject.toml
• Update documentation to mention the supported Python versions
• Provide a roadmap for Python 3.12 support

It looks a little like the project has been abandoned, for some reason. Perhaps they don't have the resources to support it right now, which would be a shame. It's a cool project.
