Description

There are some stray localized fields in reviewer tools templates, but our reviewers are all proficient in English, making it redundant localization, that causes unnecessary work for our localization community. We should drop it.

Acceptance Criteria

• {% trans %} tags in reviewer tools jinja templates are removed
• Any lazy or non-lazy gettext removed from reviewer tools code, and models/forms exclusively exposed in reviewer/admin tools
• If any non-developer exposed ActivityLog constants have gettext, drop that
• (anything else found)
