Description

The scanner results (and scanner query results) admin page should have the following actions:

• An action to block the selected add-ons (defaulting to entire add-ons - just passing the guids to the blocklist page - even though results are version-based)
• An action to view/search for the authors of selected add-ons in the user profile changelist

Acceptance Criteria

• Admins can block add-ons from the scanner results & scanner query results list
• Admins can search for authors of add-ons from the scanner results & scanner query results list
