[Task]: Consider listing the permissions of a service account in the scanner webhook admin

Description

Service accounts for scanners might need special permissions. In order to diagnose issues (like misconfiguration), it'd be nice if we could list the permissions granted to the service account. Note that having access to the user admin wouldn't help because this page lists groups, not the permissions themselves.

We should also consider adding permissions listing to the user admin while we're at it.
