It might make sense to automatically add the --schema_update_option=ALLOW_FIELD_ADDITION argument for incremental SQL ETLs with allow_field_addition: true in their metadata.yaml. We should think through implications first though, e.g. are there cases this might introduce breakages, for example in the case of query.py files.
