Bad interaction between relative path GitHub pages links and CloudFront rewrite #139

As the GitHub pages for this site are hosted at https://mozilla.github.io/infosec.mozilla.org but are fronted by an AWS CloudFront CDN in the infosec-prod AWS account, when this link is rendered it's done as
https://infosec.mozilla.org/infosec.mozilla.org/guidelines/key_management.html
Which 404s
Figure out how @gdestuynder envisioned this working and if changes need be made in CloudFront, or in all relative links, or something else.
