How to extract text from an annotation?

page.getAnnotations() doesn't return highlighted text.

An highlight annotation only contains a set of boxes to fill with a specific color (see the pdf specifications).
So it's up to you to get the rectangles, the text boxes in the text layer and compute the intersection of both sets to guess what's the highlighted text.
