How to choose between pdfjs and pdfium

I want to add preview and edit pdf feature for my project
I get two options, one is integrating pdfjs and the other is integrating pdfium via WebAssembly

I think both works fine, but the architecture is really different
Is there any existing benchmark results to determine which to choose
