Id for annotation is different from file

When I use getAnnotations({intent:'any'}) to get all annotations.
The annotation ID is "6R" versus original one "xxxxxxx".

I do not know what's wrong for this.

I hope it shoud be uuid in pdf file as well. but can not find a way to find it.
