Contributors should know whether their response was approved/rejected #66
Description
Contributors don't necessarily need an email on whether each response they've made was approved/rejected. However, a counter showing what has been approved would be nice.
Keeping in mind that competition among contributors should be prevented.
Responses that are rejected should have a reason beside it - this can be auto-determined based on the moderation that's completed.
