Renaming using toml should be able to use the new name exactly as specified, and not be further normalized

Using the new-ish feature to rename a type using #[uniffi(name = "SomethingFFI")] gives a type on the Swift side called SomethingFfi.
To me it seems like it would be better to not change what the user wrote.

This is documented at https://mozilla.github.io/uniffi-rs/next/renaming.html - the problem is that the renaming applies to every binding, and each binding has different rules for naming - using exactly what was written might be fine if you are using just one language, but could never be correct if using, say, Kotlin and Python together.

That said, I agree we probably should be able to do this for "toml renaming" where things are specified on a per-language basis - sadly though, that turns out to be tricky for implementation reasons - so I think we'd accept a patch for that, but probably not for proc-macro renaming as described in the title.
