Modify the curriculum design brief into concise google form

Design brief for curriculum is here. We were inspired by the design team's design brief, but want something a bit lighter-weight and snappier... not a google doc, less intensive.

I've created a google form for MSL curriculum taks, to capture our thinking, now called the "Learning Resources Creation Kick-off Form". We tested it out for the GitHub101 project we're working on now, and I think it was helpful. It's still a bit long, but the conversations it sparked were useful.

I've added questions about co-creation of curriculum, and more about the audience per @arlissc ... Wondering if details about materials required to do the resource (computers, tech, paper, pens) is important at this phase (as @stephwright suggested), or if that can wait until later, when we've got more of a sense of what the resource will look like.

What can be added? Anything to be removed?

Big plusses to

• thoroughness.
• intentionality.
• attention to what's been done before.
• attention to audience.
• attention to learning outcomes.
• attention to delivery.

Things I wonder about:

• Could we streamline further with drop-downs (some of which would be 'pick all that apply' and some of which will need 'other' text fields)? Might be a separate issue/conversation to identify where and which.
• Could we use 'participate' and 'improve' over involvement and iteration to better align with the Participation team?
• Can this be served up w/in GitHub from GDocs or as another kind of form? Would be pretty sweet to auto-generate issues from such a form since so many fellows and staffers plan here.
• Are there places (e.g. assessment) where we should explicitly encourage users to imagine multiple pathways and to describe them briefly especially since others in differing learning spaces (ideally) will use the resources?
