Cannot rename blocks successfully

Hello ezdxf community:

I am trying to rename the blocks using the ezdxf block.rename. Unfortunately, the block names remains the same after renaming operations. Please let me know how to rename these blocks. I have a lot of blocks to rename.

The method BlockLayout.rename() has no implementation or documentation and has now been removed.

You must use the doc.blocks.rename_block() method.
