Can´t access specific reference codes on my dxf

Hi,
I have tried my best to get some data i need but after so many tries its being impossible.
I have tried to get all text entities in model and paperspace- I also have searched inside all the blocks in the drawing but I get almost every text except the ones i want.

Rn, im trying this code:

        content_list.append(e.dxf.text)

    elif e.dxftype() == "ATTRIB":

        add_entity_content_to_list(e, content_list)

def process_block_reference(block_ref, content_list):
    block = doc.blocks.get(block_ref.dxf.name)
    process_block(block, content_list)


msp_psp_text_content = []
block_text_content = []


msp = doc.modelspace()
for e in msp:
    if e.dxftype() == "INSERT":
        process_block_reference(e, block_text_content)
    else:
        add_entity_content_to_list(e, msp_psp_text_content)


for layout in doc.layouts:
    if not layout.is_modelspace:
        for e in layout:
            if e.dxftype() == "INSERT":
                process_block_reference(e, block_text_content)
            else:
                add_entity_content_to_list(e, msp_psp_text_content)

The stuff im trying to get is like this.It looks like is part of a block, but im not sure what more can i try:
