S3 Bucket Cleanup [recurring]

This is reminder recurring issue to get our S3 buckets cleaned up.

1. Use s3_bucket_size.sh script located in tools/aws and place results in a new tab of MozMEAO S3 Bucket List spreadsheet.

2. Review list and delete not needed buckets. Set Lifecycle Policies to remaining buckets as needed.

3. Comment here so ReminderBot pings us again in a year
