upgrade leanplam core library 7.0.1 -> latest (7.8.0)

A memory leak that was previously fixed (January 2025) in the Leanplum SDK appears to still affect your project.

you currently using com.leanplum:leanplum-fcm, and need to upgrade from version 7.0.1 to the latest release (7.8.0) to incorporate the memory leak fix.
