"Finish Earlier Matches" bracket node should show participant if one exists

There are two cases when only one participant would exist:

• One of the children matches is finished.
• A participant has a bye and this is it's first match.

We should display the name of the Participant that exists, yet still made it apparent that it is waiting on another match to complete before it can begin.
