This issue concerns the anophthalmia phenotype reported for 1700034E13Rik<em1(IMPC)Mbp> on the abnormal eye morphology page

The supporting data link is throwing an error because the request for the dataset returns a 404.

The statistical results mapper is failing to generate a dataset description for this PAT dataset.

This is one of those cases where the pathologist has assigned both the specific term and the general term to a single specimen. It probably has something to do with that, maybe the dataset id generation should include the mp_term to manage this cases, I think at some point the de duplication is being done by using the id, and these 2 datasets have the same values for the idetifying columns used on the id generation.

Noticed a different issue, the PAT service JSON data has not parameter name which generates an empty anatomy value in the table for the pathology data.
