The documentation still has a handful of errors in it. This issue simply keeps track of these errors, typos, or changes that need to be made. It may be useful to scroll through the documentation alphabetically and filter them out. They tend to be more obvious on the resulting html page compared to in-code.

• Add configure step to docs
• Database configuration
• Missing word in file formats: which provide additional [what] for Cell parameters and Network parameters.

Additions that would be useful:

• How to set up your PATH, or at least how the PATH is being set up
• Figure of synapse-embedded morphology in network embedding tutorial
• HPC configuration
