Hello, i use this in my config file :

profile=high-quality
hwdec=auto

Do i have to put : vo=gpu ?

Only if you want to force mpv to use vo=gpu, otherwise mpv will use the default, which I believe is vo=gpu-next. vo=gpu-next is a superior renderer and is recommended over vo=gpu, unless you specifically need vo=gpu for some reason.
