Cap speed instead of muting

Similar to how Youtube caps playback speed at x2.0.

This option are close to what I want, but instead of muting, it should stop at that value.

              max-speed=<speed>
                     Mute audio if the playback speed is above <speed> and <speed> != 0. (default: 8.0)
