MPV freezes on a JPG image.

Hi there I am testim MPV for video/image player on Firefly board + Ubutnu 24. But I have a problem with jpg image in playlist.
The playlist start to run but at the image item MPV freezes on the las vide frame. I have an event listener in python which does not log any error. I expect that MPV will trigger error event and skip the item in playlist. What is the problem here?
