Dissolve repository, and integrate to mqttwarn examples

Yeah probably, I'd never visited it to be honest.

Somehow I thought it would be a good idea to have a separate repository back then. However, now that we have such a nice presentation of all the advanced mqttwarn examples in place ¹, it totally makes sense to add it back there.
