Simplify status codes for Falcon integration

Hello, and thanks for implementing the Falcon integration among supported frameworks!

I just wanted to suggest a minor simplification to that integration wrt setting status codes, e.g., here.

In Falcon, resp.status can be set not only to Falcon's dedicated constants, but also to integer status codes, as well as to instances of http.HTTPStatus. See more here: Status Codes.

So hopefully the major part, if not all, of those translation mappings and utility methods can go away 😈

Great point! I’m currently in the middle of a refactoring, and your clarification is very timely. I’ll remove the unnecessary mapping.
