Some files can't be dld and the bot must be restarted #11
Description
This one, for instance:

It's been "Downloading" for hours and that makes me think something wrong is in sptf or even ytb.
Would be good to have a /cancel command inside the bot, in the menu options, so there's no need to do it via terminal. But now I doubt if that can be done or once the bot is running trying to dld a file can't do anything else until the task is finished.
I've been thinking about this. Maybe a timeout for 120 seconds without activity or data transferred, 180 seconds? user editable timeout?

A day later I've retried and works fine. Nevertheless it'll be good to know a rate limit has been reached.
The issue can be closed at your will.
