A new AWE32 NRPN-supported synthesizer engine

First of all,
I want to thank you a lot for these conversions!
Not only they were very useful for testing, but these are some really good songs!
It's amazing to hear what people could do with just a few megabytes of memory back almost 30 years ago. I wasn't even born when most of these were made!

Anyway, I'm opening this issue (since there are no discussions on this repository) to let you know that I've added the NRPN support to spessasynth, like in fluidsynth. It sounds fine with all midis I've tried (like Altitude, Uplift or Let Me Say). And it seems to pass your NRPN filter test (thanks for that too, really useful especially with that weird Q table in the AWE32 documentation!)
So if it is good enough, can you add it in the "Playing the Songs" section? I'd appreciate it a lot :-)
