2.0 horns are too mellow in the lowest range

Listening to the new horns played in the intro to Master of Magic, the lower notes seem a bit dull compared to GeneralUser GS 1.4xx. I will see if I can improve this for the next release.

It is worth considering better horns samples for a future GeneralUser GS version, but for now, I have improved the low end of the existing horns for the 2.0.2 release. I will leave this bug report open for now.
