Test Request: NPRN and sm24 tests

Hi Chris,

Thanks again for this great test suite, there's nothing else like it on the internet and it's really comprehensive!
Now, I'd like to request two additional tests for this, that could be really useful for synths aiming to be fully compliant:

1. Standard NRPN Implementation: the SoundFont2 standard includes an NRPN implementation, but I can't seem to find any examples for testing it. A test or two for the implementation (something simple, such as changing fineTuning or initialFilterFc) would be greatly appreciated.
2. sm24 chunk: I rarely see sounfonts that use it, and even if I find one, it's impossible for me to differentiate between int16 and int24 samples. A test that highlights these differences (for example by amplifying the sample a ton via negative modLfoToVolume, since that can go into negative attenuation) would help detect if the sm24 is being loaded correctly or not.

I'd like to do this at some point, but it will have to wait a while. I am in the process of upgrading both my desktop and laptop to completely new systems, which also means my Audigy 2 will need to be re-homed. In the end, I intend to still have access to it in an older PC build I'll keep on the side.
