Support for 32x16 Monochrome P10 Panels

Firstly Hats off to all the guys who contributed in this library, i made many projects with library but i would love to use this in Monochrome 32x16 Panels, i bought many such panels but could'nt get them to work with the library, i would really appreciate if someone can add the support for monochrome Panles as well
