DP3265S chip unknown protocol

Hi everyone,
I used a panel with ICN2038 and I never face any problem while working with it. I have took a panel with DP3265S chip which does not work properly. It using PWM based protocol and I tried different approach which written on datasheet but I can't even get one of the pixel of panel to blink. Could I use it without set the any registers in it ?

DP3265S Datasheet Page Some of the version's language is English, but this not.

Could anyone help to me for understanding this protocol which used in DP3265S ?

The datasheet of the 3265 is not complete, you can see a data for DP3364/65 that are very similar to 3264, but their datasheets has a more details.
But I'm afraid that the datasheet won't help you launch the panel with this library, for this the code needs to be seriously rewritten
