Quest: Add command suggestions/completions with description

Thank you first for the informative tutorial on how to install pyTorch on mac (M1,M2). Secondly, I'm curious to know if there is a way to build deep learning models using a more friendly environment other than the jupyter web? I'm used to google colab which is great in this aspect but was hoping to find a local version if you know one. Thanks.
