Making a custom video dataset to use in PyTorch model, without converting frames to images

I know how to create a custom image dataset and turning it to tensors and building the model, but I don't know how to make that with videos I searched and I found that I have to turn videos frames to images then building the model but I don't want that.

I would be happy even with a hint!
