Google Collab Issue

I'm using the free version of Google collab, and I've noticed I sometimes have to restart the kernal. If not, I get device errors even if things are on the same device, or sometimes nothing will happen in my training loop (the values don't change). Restarting the kernal always fixes this. Is anybody else having this issue?
