create the same model in lesson 91

How can i create the same model as but using nn.Sequential():

class CircleModelV2(nn.Module):
    def __init__(self):
        super().__init__()
        self.layer_1 = nn.Linear(in_features=2, out_features=10)
        self.layer_2 = nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=10)
        self.layer_3 = nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=1)
        self.relu = nn.ReLU()
    def forward(self, x):
        return self.layer_3(self.layer_2(self.relu(self.layer_1(x))))

I tried this but it doesn't work:

model = nn.Sequential(
    nn.Linear(in_features=2, out_features=10),
    nn.ReLU(),
    nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=10),
    nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=1)
).to(device)

I don't see any issues with the syntax. Could you please specify the problem that's occurring?

Hold up i saw a problem you didnt do nn.ReLU() in second time

fixed:

model = nn.Sequential(
    nn.Linear(in_features=2, out_features=10),
    nn.ReLU(),
    nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=10),
    nn.ReLU(),
    nn.Linear(in_features=10, out_features=1)
).to(device)

Also do this in a class not plain nn.Sequential()
like this:

class CircleModelV2(nn.Module):
    def __init__(self):
        super().__init__()
        self.Layer_stack = nn.Sequential(
        nn.Linear(2,10),
        nn.ReLU(),
        nn.Linear(10,10),
        nn.ReLU(),
        nn.Linear(10,1)
)
    def forward(self, x):
        return self.Layer_stack(x)

model = CircleModelV2()
model = model.to(device)
next(model.parameters())
