Resource Leak in TBCSource

There is a resource leak in the source. FStateLock variable in TBCSource
was not destroyed in the Destroy function.

I think, it is not DCPACK fault. It happens because you do call
RemoveGraphFromRot(RotID)
and then do call destroy at each filter in chain (though RemoveGraphFromRot() already was called destroy at each filter!)
You will see it, If you will be set breakpoint in filter destructor.

To resolve this mistake, we must add check for nil in base filter class Destructor , or in our class-descendant.
