Firmware restarting #1433

@LookinSharp9898

Description

@LookinSharp9898

Did you test with a precompiled firmware?

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Whenever I turn the printer on, the firmware loads as normal and I am able to scroll over different options on the UI. However, when I attempt to click an option on the UI, the firmware appears to “restart” so to speak. Also, it appears that none of the fans or stepper motors are engaged while the firmware is running.

Bug Timeline

New issue: After installing new motherboard

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to interact and click on the different options within the firmware along with the motors and fans turning on as well.

Actual behavior

Unable to click on UI properly and fans and motors do not engage

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Wire new mother board
  2. Format SD card
  3. Flash new firmware
  4. Turn on printer
  5. Attempt UI interaction
