Column not found: 1054 Unknown column '*fieldname*' in 'field list'

Hello Friends,

When i try to sync to target, it says:

Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'fieldname' in 'field list'

How to first create the column and then sync ? Or do it both is that possible ?
