Add a new lsp command to show time spent today for current project

Right now we have an lsp command SHOW_TIME_PAST_ACTION which will show the total time spent today across all projects.

It would be nice to have a new command which will show the time spent today for the current project we are working on.

This depends on adding an api subcommand to wakatime-cli as mentioned here
