new project: create a MVC Spark framework

Ruby on Rails is a MVC web framework:

• models: fetch data from databases
• controllers: define variables
• views: HTML logic for displaying pages

We could create a Spark MVC framework with similar functionality:

• models: fetch data from UC tables and make joins
• controllers: define variables to be passed to a parameterized query or PySpark query logic
• views: SQL query logic to generate a dashboard or build a report
