Possibly create a mailing list

          What about the creation of the mailing list, too? Like for updates, announcements about contribution meetings, etc.?

@MrPowers Because you are the owner of the project, I think only you can do it (to be an owner of the mailing list too). I think you can just use google-groups for it.
