DLL Not found Exception on Unity Editor.. #10

Hi I firstly tried to install it from package manager when I run application and select "run Stream" from Test Prefab it immediately crushed the unity.
So I manually put files into my project and here is error I get as below;
for some reason it's not registering piperlib into editor Can you help ?
