Save IPFS_PATH and EDITOR in config

Was wondering if it would be a simple change to add the IPFS_PATH and EDITOR variables to the config.
Saves having to export them in every new shell.

Yes, that could be done.

One side note: EDITOR is usually a default env variable (at least under *nix), since many other tools depend on this.
