Feature Request: Add configurable wait period before searching again for a missed release

This project has been great, and generally works very well for me. One enhancement I would like to see is a configurable waiting period before Soularr searches for a missed release again. For example:

• "Album A" is monitored and missing in Lidarr
• Soularr tries to find it but can't
• Soularr adds the album to a "missed" list and does not search for it again until X (days/minutes/whatever) later

This would be to prevent Soularr from continually searching for a release that it likely won't find again immediately. I know there is the feature to unmonitor releases that Soularr can't find, but that requires having to manually go to Lidarr to re-monitor them. This is very tedious and hard to distinguish between releases I personally unmonitored and releases that Soularr unmonitored.
